I've been very fortunate to work at a small company that values family. Each Wednesday, I work in the evenings and spend the day with my 6 month old daughter.
Not only do I get to have lots of fun with her, but it is a perfect break in the week. When I get to work Wednesday evening, I have focus as well as quiet time to get things done.
